Safety is our number one priority. We take immense pride in upholding rigorous standards and embrace the distinction of being the most cautious company on the lake. This commitment to safety may result in delays or trip cancellations if our pilot feels uncomfortable with the conditions. There is nothing we want more than to see you fulfill your dream of seeing the bears - that objective is only surpassed by our dedication to ensuring your safety above all else.

If you are vacationing to Alaska later in the summer or into the fall, no worries- we have a great trip we offer that time of year! These bears get better and better late into September as the foliage begins to change, making for spectacular photos.
We partner with Redoubt Mountain Lodge which is located on beautiful Crescent Lake in Lake Clark National Park. The lodge provides guides and pontoon boats. You will spend 3 hours cruising around the lake watching bears. You may see bears on the shorelines, playing in the water, and actively fishing the rivers, creeks, and lake. There are restrooms, shelter, and a delicious hot lunch is included with the tour before or after bear viewing!
We depart from Homer at either 8 am for a morning tour or 11 am for an afternoon tour. The flight time is 45-minutes in each direction and it is an extraordinarily scenic route. Everyone will have their own headset during the flight to listen to area knowledge from the Pilot and be able to ask questions or point out wildlife you may spot during flight.
