Terms and Conditions for Beluga Air LLC

Welcome to Beluga Air! By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments

  • Reservations: To secure your spot on any of our tours or services, advance reservations are required.​

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.​

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Guest Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.​

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.​

  • Cancellations by Beluga Air:

    • In the event of a mechanical issue, adverse weather conditions, or any service disruption on our end, we will issue a full refund.​

    • We will make every effort to rebook your group on an alternative date if availability permits.​

  • Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may prevent you from taking your trip within 30 days of departure.​

3. Weight Limitations

  • For safety reasons, there is an individual weight limit of 250 lbs. per person for our bear viewing day trips.​

  • Guests must be physically capable of entering and exiting the aircraft without assistance.​

  • Please be prepared to be weighed upon arrival to ensure compliance with safety regulations.​

  • Misrepresentation of weight or physical abilities will result in the forfeit of your seat without refund

4. Pricing and Fees

  • All tour prices include applicable taxes and park fees.

  • We do not impose fuel surcharges or any hidden fees.

  • We do not charge a credit card processing fee

5. Gratuities

  • Gratuities are not included in the price of our flights.​

  • While not expected, tips are greatly appreciated by our pilots and staff.​

6. Merchandise Sales

  • Purchases: All merchandise sales are final.​

  • Shipping: We offer shipping for merchandise purchases; associated costs will be specified at the time of purchase.​

7. Liability

  • Beluga Air is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during our tours or services.​

  • Participants assume all risks associated with our tours and services.​

8. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or purchasing will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.​

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Beluga Air reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.​

  • Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.​
